#OUR DEMOCRACY NATIONAL INTEGRITY SURVEY
Who is #OurDemocracy?
The #OurDemocracy campaign is a nation-wide movement of people and organisations who want a healthy Australian democracy which works for all of us, not just for the powerful few. The campaign is a coalition of over 30 non-government, non-partisan organisations including the Australian Democracy Network, the Australian Conservation Foundation and the Human Rights Law Centre.
Why did I get a flyer in my letterbox?
Local #OurDemocracy volunteers are keen to learn more about the views of people in their community. They are distributing flyers as a way to promote the National Integrity Survey – a nation-wide poll of local communities’ views on political integrity, corruption and transparency. You can take the survey here.
What will happen to my data if I complete the survey?
The survey is confidential. We are collecting demographic information in order to weight the results to accurately reflect the Australian population. If you choose to leave your email details to receive the results or contact from our media team, they will be stored securely in line with ACF’s privacy policy. Your email will not be added to any ongoing contact database and will be deleted after we complete the survey tactic in May 2022. We will contact you once to share the results of the survey and give you the option to opt-in to further campaign updates. You can complete the survey without sharing your email address.
What will you do with the survey results?
The responses will be amalgamated to show both national and electorate level responses to the 9 questions (eg: x% of voters in the electorate of Reid strongly agree that Government in Australia generally works in the best interest of most Australians).
Can I help distribute the survey to more people?
